We had the couples massage and head spa, Annie was terrible at the head spa she basically rounded my hair up into rats nest circles and pulled it the entire time. When she used the tools she pushed so hard it was painful instead of feeling relaxing and enjoyable. It was supposed to be 30 min head and 30 min body but they forgot and I got jipped. They did 45 min head and 15 min massage. For $180 where I was supposed to feel relaxed and I left frustrated and still tight tension in my shoulders and mad cause my hair kept being pulled non stop. I’m a hair stylist I’m aware of what it should feel like and how relaxing it should be and this was not it. I wish they left a card for how the visit was and rated their staff and we can pick based on ratings. And be able to have a customer profile of who we like especially when staff changes so often.

As A warehouse worker for Amazon. I always have back pains and leg muscles pain frequently. I was looking for a place where the REAL body massage is being offered not some sort of bullshit crap after 10 mins as majority massage places are known for. I googled my search and found this prefect spot with superb qualified staffs. From the phone call I did to ask about closing time to the actual massage they were very professional. I would highly recommend for others to give it a try. Premium service at affordable prices.

The one and only legit massage spa in Tracy where you can actually relax without questioning the sheets. Reasonable rates for 60, 90, and 120-minute sessions with real, qualified therapists. This isn't that kind of place, so if that's what you're after, keep scrolling.

I made a pit stop here on a Yosemite roadtrip. The space is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The front desk was professional and polite. My massage therapist was Annie and she was fantastic. She found all the areas holding tension and used firm, precise pressure. Due to the reasonable prices and excellent service, I will make this my regular spot for a break on the next drive.

I've been using Burke Williams at Westfield shopping center in San Francisco since 2006, when they opened. I'm accustomed to the best the very best in Spa treatment. I happened to be in Tracy visiting my daughter and I was having some minor discomfort, and I went in hoping that they might be somewhat Knowledgeable, and to my surprise, they superseded the quality of the massage I'm accustomed to. I have to say, I really appreciate Norman, facilitating the appointment at the drop of a hat and the actual treatment I received from Nimi, she is amazing and cannot wait to get back. They are now my permanent massage services and spa. Thank you very much.
